This is my most popular offer for a reason. My 1:1 Coaching is a hands-on experience that allows you to work with a business coach (aka, me) on your biggest business pain points and frustrations. While my methods may be similar in how I move through a 1:1 coaching session, I treat each individual business by their unique pain points, goals, and desires. Whether it’s a specific financial goal you have in mind, or perhaps you are hiring your very first employee and need help with creating a hiring ad, how to find the right talent, then the interview process and onboarding, we tackle each specific concern together. My advice is practical, easy to understand, and honest. After spending time carefully listening to my client's needs, I use the three D’s: dissect, design, and direct you on how to create change. For me, it’s crucial I work within your comfort zone but I also want to push you a little bit outside of what is the norm for you, as I firmly believe that in business, sometimes it’s about getting comfortable with being uncomfortable, and it’s generally something you move through quickly and with ease. And if anything is challenging, I am always here. You have access to me via text, email, and direct messaging via social media if you are ever struggling. You are not alone. That is my promise!
